So the Scarpar offroad powerboard is not really a hoverboard, but watching this thing effortlessly move across rough terrain is truly amazing. This is is definitely skateboarding 2.0, and the video after the break below shows you exactly what that is. The board rides on tracks, similar to those on a military tank or a snowmobile, allowing it to go over rather large obstacles with ease.
